I have flown with Reno Air several times and have been pleased each time. The staff have been pleasant, cooperative, and particularly considerate when flights were delayed.
The food is edible not wonderful, but none of the food I have had on airlines has been wonderful.
The agent I contacted to obtain a refund was professional and provided me with appropriate information. He (Missouri) even went so far as to furnish me with the web address without asking.
The attendants have been friendly without hovering. The anticipated my needs prior to my asking (I was quite cold and had not seen anyone to ask for a blanket. The attendant brought one just as I was going to ask).
