We decided to call American to partially plan our trip to Italy. They were more than helpful giving us exactly what we wanted, just air and better hotels near a train station in three cities, Milan, Florence, and Rome. The price paid to American for flight and hotels was the better than we got anywhere else. The hotels , three and four star, included breakfast and were exactly what we expected. We were able to walk from the trains to the hotels with our bags on wheels with no effort. We landed in and returned by way of Milan for economy sake. I highly recommend their travel service, it was no charge. Great way to travel.
