Pros: Excellent Staff, On-Time Scheduling, Plush Leather Seats and Direct-Tv
Cons: Baggage pickups took awhile; wrong baggage caroseul number given on plane.
The Bottom Line: If you must fly economy class, do it on JetBlue. They care about their passengers (no wonder they turn a profit)

| Ronrego's Full Review: JetBlue Airways |
I flew JetBlue for the first time to Las Vegas this month (August 2003) and found it to be a very pleasurable experience.
The seats were larger than normal coach seats and were comfortable leather. The TV sets on the chair in front of you were much easier to watch than the normal movie screens. The staff was very helpful, from the reservation specialists to the on-board flight attendants.
Jet Blue does not serve food, only snacks, meaning passengers do not have unrealistic expectations about the lousy food they encounter on the airline. Jet Blue realizes that they can offer lower fares and also not upset passengers by avoiding the hot food issue entirely.
My flights were on-time going and coming (I was vacationing in Las Vegas). We even arrived in Las Vegas nearly 30 minutes early!
Besides taking a long time to pick up luggage both ways, I have nothing but praise about JetBlue. I will definitely fly again.
