Pros: New planes, LEATHER seats, and TV. Who could ask for anything more?
Cons: I have to think....
The Bottom Line: Basically cheap fares, leather seats, new planes, easy web site, helpful personel on the 800 number and nice attendants.

I have traveled on Jet Blue two times in the last 3 months, and I must say that each experience was great. The JFK to Fort Lauderdale flight is usually lively so I expected the typical wild crowd. WRONG. The T.V's kept everyone pretty much occupied. Just like children in front of a playstation, all the adults were in their own little world. And I was able to rest after a long day at work. Which is important when one goes to Lauderdale for an evening on the town! Jet Blue has something going there with the TV's. Are you listening majors??? I can only reason that the flight attendents must love the peace and quiet also.
The other comfort factor is that I do believe that Jet Blue's seats actually have a bit of LUMBAR support! At least I think I felt something. I can't believe in this day and age that airlines are not required to provide ergonomic seating. But I will say that Jet Blues seats are way more comfortable than any other airline in the sky. How about a little lumbar to keep people content on a long flight?
Their web site is also a little bit of genius as far as design goes. I can only think "Why haven't the majors picked up on the beautiful simplicity a web site can be?" You can not even compare the ease at which the site operates, and the graphics should set an example for the majors who MUST use in house web design, because there is no excuse for the poor airline sites out there! Check out Jet Blue's and you will be impressed.
The prices....just simply wonderful but... I have noticed and increase in the past few months, and hope that in the long run this airline remains a competative contender.
