I have taken the new airline Jet Blue down to Florida twice in the past two months and have been highly impressed by this new service. They do everything right at this point. In comparison to other airlines that I have taken in the past they are miles ahead of them. The airline launched with an emphasis on great customer service and they certainly succeeding there in my opinion.
The flight attendants and the ticket agents were very friendly and helpful. They did not talk down to their customers, they actually seemed to care about us. Another advantage is the seating. Their planes have leather seats! They were really comfortable and luxurious. I also liked the extra seating space available. You were not cramped in together with other people.
Another great advantage is that each passenger has their own direct TV hookup available. You can watch TV on your flight. They have a satellite onto of the plane allowing that ability for the customers. A great idea from Jet Blue for long flights.
There is nothing negative to say about them overall. They are very inexpensive. A round trip from New York to Florida only cost me one hundred and thirty dollars an outstanding bargain.
