Have you ever arrived in NYC or any other airport early? Maybe you have but I arrived in JFK 15 minutes early with Jetblue and 5 minutes early in Buffalo. OK, maybe this was luck but Jetblue has much more to offer.
From the beginning, the process of purchasing the tickets were extremely simple. I went to their website (www.jetblue.com) and purchased 2 tickets to Buffalo for less than $200. I received a confirmation email and then proceeded to choose my seats online. It was great! One week before my flight, I emailed Jetblue to confirm my seats and reservation and they replied in one day. The turnaround time was exceptionally fast and courteous.
It didn't end there. When I boarded the plane they handed each person head phones for the DirecTV. The first thing i noticed on the plane was that everything was spankin' brand new and computerized. My fiancee and I thought the first few seats were leather for first class but then we quickly realized that all the seats were leather. Ahh, the seats were comfortable and soft like the ones at home.
During the flight Jetblue provided drinks and snacks. Now, I was expecting plain ol' peanuts but they gave us good snacks to choose from. Jetblue had Terra Blue Chips (my favorite), Bagels Chips, Chocolate Chips Cookie, Animal Crackers and Blueberry Toast.
The best amenity that Jetblue provides is DirecTV. Being able to watch highlights of the Mets and the NBA playoffs on Sports Center made the hour flight feel like 10 minutes. If you don't like ESPN, do not fear. They have addition channels such as FoodTV, CNN, a cartoon channel, etc.
