I made a lot of trips in the past year interviewing for jobs. Comparing Jet Blue to big name airlines, the flights were on time, comfortable and affordable. The staff are very professional and polite. I had a very bad experience with United that made me swear to never use them again.
Once I had a problem which was caused by weather and not by fault of Jet Blue but the lady at the reservation counter was very polite and she helped me out by changing my flights at no extra cost which brings me to mentioning another incident with United that was caused by United cancelling a trip because of weather and when I complained the person on the counter told me i can either wait or buy another ticket! Big difference in attitude.. The problem was that I interviewed for my jobs during the winter and I was flying from Syracuse, NY so you can imagine how bad the weather was and how much it snowed in upstate new york.
The only problem with Jet blue is that they do have limited destination cities, I wish they would try to expand the number of cities they fly to. I was so happy when they started flying to Houston, TX since I just moved here and it will make my life easier.
Making reservations on their website is very easy, it will provide you with previous day and next day rates which will give you an idea on how much you could save.
hopefully this company will expand more but i hope they won't become just like the big names and change their attitude..
