If you like to fly first class you are on the right track. If you like to fly first class for the price of coach seat, you are in the right place with JetBlue. My first experience with JetBlue was flying from Seattle to New York City. The price was right, it was a red eye flight and by that time I have heard so many good things about JetBlue that I didn't even consider all my other alternatives.
I never was so right about my traveling plans. JetBlue excels in every possible way in airline business except for one: not that many destinations which they apparently are totally contempt about.
Booking on JetBlue is easier than checking your e-mail, it is a snap, simply enter dates, pick rate and flight times and it is booked. Online Check-in is slightly more challenging but if you are average computer user this will not be anything out of ordinary for you. The website never seems to be down or undergoing any kind of maintenance such as with other airlines and travel agency websites. JetBlue may not be big on their destination but they sure have the perfect recipe on how to fly people to where they do fly. It is a great value if you book far ahead but if you are booking a trip one month or less you will pay a premium price. My five-hour flight to New York was excellent, on time to depart and arrive, courteous and polite flight attendants, even snacks were better than other airlines offer. The aircraft, Airbus A319 and A320 was a pleasant surprise, a treat with personal TV screen and comfortable seats. JetBlue offers the best legroom and I do care about having more room as I am sure many other do too. The entire cabin is filled with comfortable first class seats so it is up to you if you want to say that the whole plane is coach or the whole plane is first class.
Upon arrival, flight crew was courteous and polite, instructions were clear and friendly. There were not delays or problems during the flight at all.
I was thrilled with my flight and I really wish JetBlue would have more flights from and into Seattle and other cities I am traveling to. Every time I fly on a different airline, I pass the JetBlue counter with regret that I am not traveling on JetBlue, perhaps it is only a matter of time.
