I love Jet Blue. I've used them a number of times now, and been pleased every time. They don't fly to every city, but they are increasing every month, so make sure you check.
Jet Blue ticketing is a breeze, and you choose your seat assignment when you book on line. Their site is clear and easy to navigate. I always use e-ticketing, and have never had to stand in line for more than 5 minutes to check my bag. The prices are good, and if you search Kayak or other travel sites, they are often the best rates available. They offer a number of direct flights as well, and traveling is tiring enough without long layovers. I prefer non-stop travel whenever possible.
Jet Blue's planes are all fairly new, and the seats are a little larger than most (every inch helps), plus there is a television on every seat back, so you can watch what you want, or listen to music, or turn it off. This is great for people with kids, but also good for adults. I travel to California from Boston, so entertainment is kind of important.
I've not had a bad experience with Jet Blue, and will continue to use them whenever possible.
