Pros: They have TVs, that, if *working* on long flights are nice.
Cons: Complete disregard for the customer.
The Bottom Line: Because they used to be so good...and have fallen so far.

I've used JetBlue since 2005, and had mostly positive experiences. I fly often from OAK to IAD, so I'm a bit more than an occasional traveler.
In the past year things have gone south....fast.
Here is my story:
Nice new terminal at JFK....too bad that the airline (and most of the employees) really don't give a crap about *anyone* flying on their planes.
I'll keep it short: 1) Booked flight from OAK to IAD and had to go through JFK..didn't used to but there is the economy for you. 2) Weather happened. 3) Canceled connection flight while over Utah (thanks for the email). 4) Moved us to a flight 5 hours later...understood as it was raining. 5) Moved gates and times with no announcements at all (they own the terminal...no reason not to announce changes other than that they don't care). 6) Changed the *new* time from 11pm to 2am, again with no announcements. 7) After I spent my first hour waiting to talk to someone..just to ask "can you at least please let us know what is happening?"
7) Dealt with all of us, one by one coming up to the counter telling each of us "sorry, weather isn't our problem" , instead of just talking to the group.
All of that is still (other than the lack of communication) understandable.
Then...
Canceled all flights out (or so they said)..but some more "full" flights kept coming and going...what happened to the weather?
For me...I've been using JetBlue exclusively since 2005 to fly from OAK to IAD.
I will NEVER use them for so much as a jumper flight to Long Beach.
Later on Jet Blue! I'll be watching for you in Chapter 11....and so will the many folks I have meet over the last 4 years that used to believe that you were the "answer" to the airline establishment.
If you have any need to fly, I'd recommend finding an airline that actually gives a crap if you have been stranded due to weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the airline.
Call me crazy... but being told to walk out of security after an airport has closed to find a "list of taxis and hotels" instead of having that simple resource available at the gates, is completely unacceptable to me.
