I'm Flying Jet Blue (Reply to this comment)
by MississippiMom
... For the first time on Sunday..1/20/08 I got a great price for a non-stop flight from Buffalo NY to Fort Myers Fla. 79.50 Tax included. Can't beat that price out of all the airlines I checked. After reading your review I feel much more comfortable about flying this airline. Thanks for sharing.. who knows after my flight I may have my own review to write!

Since you worked for jetBlue, could you tell me if they're coming to Kansas City soon? I'm dying to try them.

great review (Reply to this comment)

Well I must say, an excellent review, I recently had two flying experiences one good and one bad. I flew on American and they were late getting out of O'Hare for a flight to Louisville, Kentucky. This meant that they were late getting me back to O'Hare and I missed my flight to the final destination. I had no clue as did any of the other customers why they were late, no one would tell us anything except that they plane was late......we were like "Hey brainiac we know that....it is not here" I ended up missing my connection and American refused to help out at all, so we had to rent a car on our own to make our class the next morning in Wisconson. Well then the good one was I happen to fly to New York (JFK) on another airline just so I could fly JetBlue to Florida...yes I know this is silly and a waste of money but I just wanted to see if they were as good as you keep saying. My answer is yes they are, we were late due to weather....it was only like 20 minutes but at 10 minutes the lady at the gate was telling us what was the delay, man that made the whole situation a heck of a lot better. Anyway, I wish JB would fly to the "Bluegrass" state we could use some good airlines. Keep up the good reviews.

Re: Funny thought (Reply to this comment)

It was actually an a320, not an a321. But US sometimes flies the a321 from Philadelphia, and I'm sure that gets people more excited than the a320! Hey, at least it's something different from all those regional jets and propeler planes.
Welcome to Rochester...
Thanks for stopping by,

Funny thought (Reply to this comment)
by triprey
I thought it was hilarious how the reviewer described the diminutive jetBlue Airbus A321 as a "big" plane and how the sight of the plane arriving excited all the other passengers around her! Oh Rochester, oh Rochester.
Otherwise, I'm also a big jetBlue fan (almost as much as the reviewer.)

Try JetBlue instead of paying the extra for AA or UA. They're actually having a sale - fly on Tues, Wed, and Sat for $79 one-way. On the other days, I think it's $99 one-way.
How's Fox biased? I would love to hear how they are. Fox will be providing JetBlue with two PPV movie channels. If you don't want to watch those, then you can watch the Simpsons, flip through the 24 channels (I think they're upgrading it to 36) of DirecTV, or listen to those 100 auto music channels. It sounds cool - most of the planes will probably have this by April. That's when I go to San Diego!!
Give JetBlue a try. If you don't like it, then you can write them suggesting what to do better. The reason why they added more legroom was because so many people suggested that they make it better!
Hope you have a nice trip to NYC whenever you go. Have fun!

fascists (Reply to this comment)

"JetBlue: Code Red
An offer by JetBlue Airways to test the CAPPS II internal border control system has been accepted by the Department of Homeland Security's Transportation Security Administration.
In a secret, off-the-record meeting held recently at TSA headquarters, TSA chief James M. Loy informed an elite audience of conservative opinion-makers that JetBlue Airways is replacing Delta Airlines as the "testing platform" for the CAPPS II internal border control system. The meeting was attended by former US Representative Bob Barr as well as leaders from several conservative public policy groups.
JetBlue Airways has shown its true spirit by pushing to be first in line for fascism.
Rather than being merely the airline with free DirecTV, JetBlue shall henceforth be known as the airline with thousands of daily, non-stop trips from Washington, DC into the private lives of Americans foolish enough to fly their Orwellian, unpatriotic airline.
It's time for all patriotic Americans to share with JetBlue a little of that Boycott Delta love. If the JetBlue leadership hadn't been under a rock for the past six months, they would be well aware of the pillorying in the media and the countless millions of dollars in lost revenue borne by Delta by participating in the first round of CAPPS II testing.
Until JetBlue publicly withdraws from any and all CAPPS II testing and apologizes to the American people for their reckless disregard for the US Constitution, a boycott of JetBlue Airways is in effect."

I like the fact that you do like jetBlue but we really dont need to know your flight history on jetBlue, I think that you could have summed up the flights and saved 7 extra paragraphs over the same exact compliments. I was becoming very bored with your review halfway through it. And by the way you spell aisle with an a not just isle.

I used to live in New York when Jet Blue was just starting up. They now fly to San Fran (where my brother lives), but they don't seem to want to fly to me :(
Well I will keep waiting.
