I'm not singin' the Blues for Jet Blue

Pros: Leather Seats, Direct TV, Great Employees, Good Snacks, and Great Terminals
Cons: Nothing!
The Bottom Line: JetBlue is a great low-cost airline, which I hope will be around for a long time!

We traveled on JetBlue in June to Puerto Rico, and loved it.
We had an early flight out of JFK on Flight 501 out of Terminal Six. When we arrived, we didn't see a curbside check-in, but we may have just passed it by mistake. The terminal was great with an automated voice telling which check-in counter was available.
The JetBlue staff was funny and very kind. They were morning people, which I'm not.
After we checked-in, we had to wait on a line because the security personal had not arrived yet. I know that they have improved security and all, but would it kill them to arrive at their posts OnTime?!
After security, we went to our gate. The gate area was very nice. It is probably the best terminal I have ever been to.
Check-in was quick, but the JetBlue personal forgot to announce hat we must present our passports upon entering the aircraft. Anyway, our flight was good except for some turbulence. They do have blue chips! I hated them, but they do have many other great snacks.
When we arrived in San Juan, we went to the baggage claim area and had a long wait for our bags. There was another flight whose bags were being mixed in with ours....
On our return flight, we went to the ticket counter and had to wait for five minutes until a JetBlue representative told us we had to go threw immigration. So, we carried our very heavy bags across the terminal, and waited in another line, and went back to the check-in desk. The JetBlue personal allowed us to skip the line and be checked-in immediately. The flight home was very enjoyable as was the other one.
We love JetBlue and traveling on them again to Florida!
