Pros: cheap, satellite TV, no food smells!
Cons: Limited flights/routes
The Bottom Line: If you're flexible on time and OK bringing your own food, this is the airline I would choose.

I've now flown round trip twice on this airline, and my experience has been great both times. The price for the Oakland -> JFK trip can be matched on other airlines, even with better flight times - but the overall experience is great.
There is only one flight each day, each way on this route - and the flight from Oakland to New York is brutal - it leaves at 11:45pm and arrives around 7:30-8am.
In general, the flights leave on time, which is great. I haven't experienced the funny flight crews others have reported on - most of mine have been kind of tired - not bad - always nice and friendly.
One one flight we had problems with the satellite TVs - but with some work they did finally get them fixed - they were responsive to those who were having problems.
The snacks provided have varied - Blue potato chips, animal crackers, bagel chips - drinks are always plentiful. It's nice not to have the smell of nasty airline food. The satellite TV is great and so far on the flights I've been on we haven't had to pay to use them.
I don't find the seat room to be that much extra - my 6'3" boyfriend had his knees crammed against the seat in front of him. I am 5'2" and found it fine. Baggage room seemed fine.
The JFK terminal for Jet Blue is great - but if someone is picking you up, have them get you at passenger pickup, tell them not to park! (I think this part of the review belongs to JFK airport!) If they have to park they will have to take a shuttle to get you, and then you both will have to take a shuttle back to the car! The shuttle is the size of a mini bus and is awful.
UPDATE 9/26/2003: Apparently now they have 4 flights per day OAK/JFK - but I haven't flown JetBlue since 2000! I still have never heard a bad word against them.
UPDATE 04/15/2004: Flew Jet Blue again on their new route from Sacramento Airport to JFK and it is still as smooth as ever. No delays, great snacks, and they keep you busy watching endless TV the whole way. Now Sacramento has the same problem as Oakland used to - limited flights - but I find that I am OK with making the sacrifice.
