Pros:Non what so ever, will never fly with Midwest airlines again
Cons:Irresponsible company: claims to provide "Best Care. . ", but doesn't live up to it.
The Bottom Line: Would never fly with Midwest or Midwest Connect again. Not worth the risk
My wife and I recently traveled from Nashville to Milwaukee. The return flight from Milwaukee to Nashville was beyond a doubt the worst experience I have every endured with an airline. Midwest Connect is operated by Skyway airlines which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Midwest airlines. We arrived approximately 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. The flight left 2 hours and 15 minutes late. The cabin was extremely cold and several people complained about it being so cold. Passengers were actually taking clothes out of their bags to put on trying to warm up. The flight attendant passed out all the blankets. When asked about turning up the heat, the attendant told me that it was cold in Milwaukee and that the plane did have a chance to warm up - which is ridicules we were already at cruising altitude. She also said it was cold outside - we were cruising at 30,000 feet at that time, of course it was cold outside. Finally after two calls to the flight deck the temperature did start to increase. Upon arrival in Nashville we were told that they "forgot to put the luggage on the plane!" Everyone was very polite to the luggage crew as they filled out their "Delayed Baggage Report" but when they asked about reimbursement for any incidental expenses we would incur because of the delayed luggage we were told that because it was our home town they would not reimburse anything. The expense was not the issue, the issue is that Midwest airlines was clearly responsible for the issue and refused to take any accountability.
