On a recent flight from Rapid City to South Dakota I encountered much unproffesionalism and discourteous attitudes from many of the staff..my luggage was mishandled and staff was nothing but unhelpful to me...I am in awe of Northwest, as my first experience I was hoping for much more than that..I will never fly northwest again and have nothing but negative reviews of it to reference to my friends!
