Pros: Not a single one.
Cons: Everything but especially the management of NWA.
The Bottom Line: The worst airline ever. Sub-standard in every possible way.

Discontent at this airline is very evident. Employee moral is as low as you'd find at any corporation.
Whether we encountered gate agents or flight attendants once aboard, you could see their discontent or rage as they all displayed a zero tolerance factor for passengers and their own carrier.
We flew first class. Orlando to San Francisco (via MSP).
I fly a great deal but this was my first experience on NWA.
This isn't a personal review about an isolated experience I had but an overall quick assessment.
The first thing I noticed was that gate agents were not even the slighest bit friendly or interested. Something was obvious
Once boarded, I found the initial aircraft for segment one just filthy. Trash in the seats and on the floor.
Once in the air, the crew in first class quickly served pre-made trays (lunch) to first class. They were done in 30 minutes and stood in the galley the rest of the flight.
I didn't think segment two would be as bad but exactly the same thing. A filthy airplane and a flight crew so discontent that they simply tossed out the food again on pre-set trays. Then they stood for the next three hours in the galley.
Not once on either flight were we even offered water. Could coach be worse than first class I thought...
NWA has no in-seat entertainment on its 757's or Airbus aircraft! Can you imagine leaving Orlando, Florida with a plane full of kids coming from Walt Disney World and zero entertainment?
What a sub-standard carrier. Management must be awful and was so reflective in its employee base. These people all hated the airline they were working for and I confess I felt bad for them and was never angry at the lack of quality in first class. The carrier was saying the same thing in the filthy airplanes and surly crews in that they were just par-above a transit bus.
Go away NWA. You get my award for worst airline ever.
