Pros: Cheap!

The Bottom Line: If you are not a sheep, cow or even a buffalo - STAY AWAY!

Southwest has been nicknamed GREYHOUND OF THE AIR. But Greyhound actually is more comfortable! Tho I don't ride them either.
We arrive in CLE to board to Las Vegas. Stop in Nashville
(guess to pickup Elvis). Husband & I had numbers 1 & 2. We sit awaiting the boarding call. Everyone has to get a number since there a no reserved seats. Then they call #'s 1-30 & you see 30 people push & shove down the aisle to board the plane & get a window seat, or two next to each other. 737's with no seat pitch or leg room, just cram as many in as they can. A REAL CATTLE CALL!
Then the stewardesses, who pass out beverages & peanuts in a packet, and when they learn you both want a diet soda they give you 1 can to share & 2 glasses with an ice cube in them . No food service since they fly short hops. Land in Nashville & everyone gets off the plane back in line at the counter to get a new number to board the next plane to Las Vegas. Why does the sign say DALLAS?
Then we are to fly Nashville to Las Vegas but they just felt like landing in Texas & we had to get off & get another # to fly to Vegas. 11 hour trip!!!! They mentioned that we were not being charged for the extra stop.
Coming home was 15 hours!!! Las Vegas to Omaha Nebraska to Midway in Chicago to Cleveland via Pittsburgh??? Yes, they passed up Cleveland to land in Pittsburgh first.
Luckily we paid $25 apiece each way (their 25th anniversary sale that had the Net flooded).
BUT NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
