From the moment you arrive at the Southwest kiosk of your airport, you are sure to have a good experience. Although lines may be long, as with all airlines, the employees are very helpful and will do whatever they can for you. Even when customers are somewhat unnerving, Southwest employees will keep their composure with a smile. When you get on the plane, Flight Attendants and pilots are there to greet you and help you if you are unable to find a spot for your carry ons. Flight attendants will also look after what they call "Unaccompanied Minors" on each flight. These are children thirteen and under who don't have a parent or guardian with thim. On top of all of this, they are by no means afraid to have a little fun. On holidays, they will dress up. They will tell jokes everyday, and they still get their job done correctly. Southwest Airlines approach to this makes flights a lot more exciting. Many airlines are strict and will not allow their employees to do this. Something that is great that you don't get with most airlines is that you can choose your own seat. This way, you don't end up next to someone you don't want to. Best of all, fares are cheap you don't have to pay to check bags.
Since I started flying Southwest, it is the only airline that I use if at all possible. If I had ten thumbs, they would all be up!
