I have flown Southwest several times over the last few years. My latest experience in June, 2000 will be my last. These flights are ALWAYS horribly crowded. And, if you are travelling more than about 100 miles, count on changing planes over and over. Oh, and if you do have change planes, don't count on your connecting flight to be on time.
Find your own transportation from the airport to your destination, because you certainly cannot tell anyone, with any degree of accuracy, when you will be arriving. If you have someone waiting at the airport, prepare for them to be irritated because your plane was 3 hours' late.
Want to complain to Customer Service? Save your printer paper for something useful, like making paper airplanes (they're more dependable anyway). You'll get a very generic form letter thanking you for your opinion, but not specifically addressing the problem you so diligently brought to their attention. It's easier to get a positive response from a rock.
