Let me begin by saying that nowadays there are a lot of choices in airlines (many with similar schedules and/or prices). I will say this airline is fine as long as their are no unexpected problems (hardly a rarity when it comes to air travel). If there is a problem, then good luck!
I must say that I have had consistently bad service (not just with rude employees) but also with luggage handling. On one trip, my luggage did not arrive with me both ways (despite 2+ hour connections). Customer service emails and calls? Generic form letter responses (and that's being nice).
Basically, avoid them if you can. If all you want is a seat on an airplane, then consider United, but if you want to be treated with any semblance of respect or appreciation for your patronage, then stay away! I would recommend Independence or Delta if you have a choice.
