Bouncing around is caused by turbulence-rough air, not the type of aircraft. It can happen on any airline. Some of my worst turbulence has been on United or other "brand name" airlines.

I am sorry but I strongly disagree with you. It is not the airlines fault that the hotel has thrown away your tickets. You should be griping out the hotel not the airline. It is not their fault because of your mistake. And I dont think that they should have to refund your ticket because you had to pay for new tickets because you were to careless to keep your tickets put up somewhere besides laying out in your hotel.
