The Mercury, by the Celebrity is one of the more casual ships in the carribean. It also has its finer points, though. I was on it as a teen and had a very enthralling time. I made many friends, a handfull of whom I'm still in contact with today. This ship has many exciting programs, and a flexible schedule. It's defifnitely good for the whole family. My cruise package was during the winter, we spent time in the carribean, and the virgin islands. The room I stayed in was a mid-level room. It was outside, and quite nice. The reality is, on such a great cruise, who wants to stay in the cabin?! Next time, the only thing I would do differently is book a longer cruise, it was that great. I would recommend this cruise for everyone! Younger people will like it's excitement, older people will enjoy the relaxation that it has to offer.
