Pros: Great for ALL ages. Friendly Crew. Plenty to do!
Cons: You'll wish it was longer, you won't want to leave.
The Bottom Line: GO! Out of all the cruise lines this one is catered to YOU. You can do as little or as much as you want.

I've been on multiple cruises, this Ship is PERFECT for ALL AGES!!! I even live in Hawaii & have still taken the cruise twice. I've also been on others, Mexico, Jamaica..... but nothing compares. The 7 (or 10 day) Norwegian cruise too the Hawaiian Islands is SUPERB!!! I am 24, but I took (my then 2 yr old) son & he had a blast (both times). I traveled with my grandparents, parents, sister, aunt, uncle and cousin. Between ALL of us we had ages: 2, 7, 16, 24, 30's, 40's and 60 year olds on this cruise ship (just in my family). We ALL had a blast and even found numerous things that we could ALL attend and enjoy!
Norwegian has the best crew.... everyone is so helpful... food 24 hours a day and fun 24 hours a day. They have a night club, for the clubbers and party goers. The majority was 18-30 year old singles and couples. This is a late night club, just like we all go to at home. Dancing, up to date music and drinks!!!
*******2-12 yr olds---- They have a on-board daycare. You can take your kids to. While it isn't included in the cost it is about $5 an hour, but well worth it. My son was attatched at my hip, but the staff in the daycare showed him & myself around & he stayed with them happily.
***** TEENS: They even have teen programs, so the teens can do fun, productive things and meet others on the ship their age.
They have Karaoke, for everyone, you can sit and watch, or join in.
Dinner time..... You can chose, you can have a formal sit down dinner nightly, every other night or not at all. There is no requirement. You can also visit the buffet for food just about 24 hours a day.
They take your pictures at every stop, no obligation to buy. I have to admit though, I wanted all of them. The photographers are great, and take excellent photo's.
POOL area: UNBELIEVABLE! My son played in a kiddie pool, he's 2, with a kiddie slide. YOU CAN EVEN GO IN THE POOL. They also have 2 Full size pools, kids can go in, but they are catered to adults, with an ADULT slide!!! Not to mention most of the time there is a live AWESOME band playing.
Excursions: You can choose to get off at any island.... they give you just enough time, but not to much. They often provide free shuttles to shopping areas, if you choose not to purchase a excursion package. They have everything from scuba, snorkel, horse back riding, hikes, biking, shopping and a TON more!!!!
FANNING ISLAND: Near Christmas Island, out near the equator. Absolute heaven their. The water is warm all the time, the people are so nice. They don't speak alot of English but they are very nice. They live in huts they made, have 1 car on the island they use. No running water and until Norwegian Cruise started coming once a week, they only had people and supplies a few times a year.
I would recommend the Hawaiian Cruise to all.
