My then boyfriend and I took this cruise in June 2006. We actually ended up getting engaged on the cruise ship and getting married the following year. Alaskan cruise on board of Royal Caribbean was an amazing experience. The ship itself was great, clean, friendly staff, tons of activities, and of course unlimited amount of food. Anything you can imagine was there at any hour (that¡¦s why we each gained 7 lbs ƒº There were always different activities scheduled and we took advantage of most of them. We attended cooking classes, learned how to dance, played golf, tennis, climbed the rock wall, and swam in the pool¡K too many things to list. We also visited most of the restaurant on board which was nice since we didn¡¦t have to eat at the main dining room every night. The food was delicious and the shows were very high quality and varied so you could pick what you want (I saw every one of themƒº Alaskan trips were great as well. The scenery simply took my breath away ¡V everything was so wild and majestic! We booked so many excursions that we were running like crazy but at the end of the day we took advantage of the spa on board and we loved it. I really can¡¦t say enough wonderful things about Royal Caribbean cruise line and Alaska. You have to get out there and see it yourself
