This was a very calm cruise. It was very close to the islands and therefore the seas were not rocking the ship enough to be a real concern.
It was really made for barefoot and swimsuit type of casual! We had a great time. It was so casual and intimate.
The itinerary was good. I went snorkeling at the hotels we stayed both before and after, as well as almost every day of the 6 day cruise. We found secluded beaches with few others. The other ports, St John, Tortola, Jost Van Dyke, and Virgin Gorda, were also very natural and scenic.
They offered lots of additional activities. We went on a few and they were reasonably priced.
We were a little disappointed that the Legacy was not really a Sailing ship. They let you help put up sails, and they look cool, but they aren't used for power. The ship was always under motor power. Our food was good, and wholesome and fresh, and there was plenty of it.
The nice part of the cruise was the small number of passengers. Most were very friendly and in a vacation mode.
The crew was great as well. Very friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend this, especially if you would like a cruise not out on the open seas.
They have a whole fleet, and therefore there are many choices.
