I love the "Night Markets" in Taiwan. They are a combination of flea market and mega-malls. Everything is available, and the prices are really good. The best part of the night markets are the food booths. The food is all really good with a good variety. My favorites are the sweet Chinese sausage with garlic, and the squid balls with wasabi (Japanese horseradish) sauce. There is also a lot to drink, fruit juices, sodas, coffee or my favorite "Bow Ba Nai Cha" which is the milk tea with the big tapioca balls. The only down side is that the night markets are really crowded and noisy, but they do hum with the sound of life.
