Pros: There are places to go to get AWAY from SANDALS
Cons: They ruined our Weddingmoon, dirty, cockroaches, nothing like the brochures!
The Bottom Line: Stay away. The Sandals Golf Resort and Spa is a
heart-wrenching disappointment

Please do not trust this resort with your Weddingmoon unless you want to regret it for the rest of your life.
The was absolutely no concierge service in the concierge suites, cockroaches scurrying in the bathroom, bugs in the freezing cold personal plunge pool, plunge pool is on busy road - no privacy, lack of maid service and linen replacement, decor broken, filthy hallways, broken plaster, not working a/c, coffee maker, shutters, flat tire on slow shuttle vans, limited hours for food and drinks, food is standard and nowhere near five star status, nudity at main pool, children on the beach, staff is rude and management is non-caring. Professional services are not professional at all, they double charged our credit card, overcharged on individual items, and so much more...
