Actually there are multiple entrances to the Louvre which are not that hard to find nor are they for VIPs or groups, no matter what you may hear. Good luck and wear your walking shoes - or better yet go to the Musee D'Orsay!

I too had the wonderful experience of going to Paris and touring the Louvre. Thousands of wonderous works of art there so many there can be no favorites for me, except for my husband who took a shine to little miss Mona Lisa...for a long time he said she was his girlfriend... =o) Glad he is over that people were starting to wonder about him...hehe Well anyway my advice for entering at the Pyramid entrance would be to get an early start to avoid the crowds because we had no problems at all. The Pyramid in itself is a must see...
