Cons: Waikiki is noisy at night and may interfere with an early bedtime.

I really enjoyed reading your review. I have to tell you that your experiences matched many travelers, specifically in regards to the how crowded your snorkeling venue was as well as how much you enjoyed the free shows. Before you go back, I encourage you to check out the list of Free resources that http://oahuwithkids.com put together for visitors. Also....not all hotels are noisy, and I do encourage visits to sites like trip advisor to see opinions in this regard.
