An astounding trip that beats all other history trips. Great to take the family on to learn all about American history. The tourist sites are excellent, including the Washington monument, the White House, Arlington National Cemetary, The Smithsonian, and many, many more. It takes time to appreciate all of this wonderful history so I recommending staying for about a week or so to take it all in. The sites that I would strongly recommend you going to are, Kennedy's gravesite, the Ford Theater, and Capitol Hill. This is a great vacation for you to take but not by yourself, with others is best.
