Pros:FUN FUN FUN
Cons:overpriced

Oh my goodness. I have had a week to recover from my recent trip to Disneyland. I am totally broke now. I took my family, making a total of 4 people, to “The Happiest Place on Earth” last week.
We spent 2 days inside the park and one night in the Disneyland Pacific Hotel. I will say that the best part was, there was no one at the park. We decided that a mid-November trip was just the right time to go. I hate the heat of Southern CA, and I hate crowds even worse. This was the perfect time to make our trip. We were able to get right on the rides
with little or no wait time. I feel that every child should experience Disneyland before the age of 12.
They really go out of their way to make it a truly magical experience. All of the Christmas decorations were up, lights twinkling everywhere, and I flashed back to the first time I was there when I was five. I cried as soon as we entered the park.
There is something there for everyone. From Toontown to Space Mountain, the babies and elderly will surely be entertained. There are plenty of places to sit and relax with a stunning view of immaculately cared-for gardens and virtually no trash strewn about.
All the “Castmembers” that work there are cheery and entertaining. I never once got the feeling that I was at a local carnival and some ride operator was just there to make a few bucks. They all seemed to be in the “Disney Spirit”.
On with the cons... The food was way way way to expensive. It was about $40 just to have lunch. I suggest doing what we did and bringing in a small ice chest with snacks and water. That saved us a bundle of cash and we were able to stay on budget. They do have lockers there for storage so that helped and we didn’t have to lug anything around.
I feel that it is kind of sad that the average family has to fork over so much cash just for a day of fun. Park admission for one day at the gate is $50.00 per person. That is unless you are under 2 years of age, then it’s free and you probably won’t remember your experience there anyway.
I really can't say too much more in the way of negative things, the rides are awesome, the detail is breathtaking, and the memories,...well, ask any 10 year old that has been there. Children don’t lie when it’s way too cool to describe! My daughter says it was "The Bomb-Biggidy" -translation- the most fun ever!
