Universal Studios is one of the most exciting amusement parks I have ever been to. Most of the rides in this park are simulated rides which are very exciting, but I really think the new Islands of adventure which is also part of Universal has better rides. If you like rollercoasters than don't miss the Hulk and the Dueling Dragon they are really awesome.
If you can the best time to go to Universal is during the month of October. They have this event called Halloween horror nights, where there is fog machines surrounding the whole Universal Studio area. You will encounter all kinds of ghouls and monsters that will chase you around the park.
You can also choose between 5 different Haunted houses, but make sure you do them early or you will be waiting in line for a very long time. It starts at 9:00 pm and is after the park closes. Prices are around $25.00 a person. (well worth it)
There is a parade that will go through the streets and through candy and beads to everyone. If you like to drink to feel shy it is just a great big party. I don't recommend this for small children it may be to scary.
If you go don't miss the Bill and Ted show it is very funny. They put on skits all the new movies that have been out this year.
