Located in Shakoppee, it is a close getaway for the day. It is easy access from the Twin Cities, about 30 min and you'll be there in time for all the rides. It is also located next to Mystic Lake Casino if your in the mood to gamble your hard earned money away.

Valleyfair is home of the ride the Wild Thing, CorkScrew, as we see in the photo the Pirate Ship, the Excaliber, And a huge water park. The water park has a few raft rides, a few steep slides, and a lazy river around the water park. Another fun water ride is the Floom, if you go on it you are sure to get wet so be prepared.

At Valleyfair there is usually entertainment throughout the day.. Dancers, singers, dolphin shows, Train Rides around the park, and gift shops to purchase memories of the days events.

This is no Six Flags but it sure is a fun Amusement Park. It's close, it's inexpensive, and it's a fun way to spend the day.
