The Bottom Line: If you have small kids with short attention spans, this place is perfect. It's nicely set up, and they have a good variety of animals.
I went at 9:00 on a sunny Saturday morning in July with my kids. We practically had the place to ourselves until about 11:00 when we left.
It's not a big zoo, so if you're expecting something like Philly, DC, or one of the other large zoos, you may be disappointed. However, it's a nice little zoo, good for a couple of hours. My kids totally enjoyed it, and it was the perfect size for them. I think it's good for about half a day, max.
The price is pretty good at $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for kids 3-11.
