My family and I stopped here on our way from La to San Francisco. This place is definatly worth visiting, but do not plan on staying there the whole day. After about the first hour it got real boring real fast. About the only things that are there are the huge aquariums. So you can see why watching fish all day gets boring. The also had a sea otter exhibit which was neat. You could watch them playing. The best part of the aquarium though, was where they were rehabilitating the wounded animals. You had to be very quiet so they would not get used to human presence. But like I said earlier, you can only watch the same thing for so long.

Definatley make the Monteray Aquarium a stop, but don't plan on being there all day.
