There is no better place to ski in the midwest than Blue Mountain. I have been going there for 10 years now and that is my favorite ski resort I have been to in the Midwest. It ranks among the highest in elevation and with its 52 runs it has the largest number of trails in the area. There are so many things to do at Blue Mountain. Obviously there is the great skiing but also Blue Mountain has a great snow tube ride. At night you can take a short drive into Collingwood, Ontario and go to the bars or you can even stay on the slopes and enjoy the night skiing. On top of all this, Blue Mountain has the best view, bar none. It is just amazing, looking over the bay. The price is even right, especially for Americans. Just a 2 hour trip north of Toronto, Blue Mountain is the place to ski!
