| LaineyCH's Full Review: Blue Knob |
I learned how to ski when i was 12 years old at blue knob with my schools ski program. Because this was my first time skiing i thought the harsh weather conditions and poorly groomed slopes were normal.I continued skiing at blue knob for another 2 years with the school but by that time i had exprienced other resorts and now knew that blue knob was not satisfactory. Aside from the poor appearance, the terrible conditions, and poorly working machines the employees were also quite rude.During my last year skiing at Blue knob I was continually "teased" by a certain lift operator who would swear at me and act quite rude to all the other "kids" that were there making it nearly impossible to enjoy my trip since there are only 3 lifts open. Blue knob does have some good slopes to challenge any skier the steep trials in the middle of the woods serve as a good challenge. So if you don't mind slow lifts and rude employees then by all means blue knob is cheap but in my opnion B.K. isnt even worth the $20 ticket, and they sure wont be seeing my buisness again.
