I must say, when my cousins decided to go see this I was not so quick to go, but I went. I must say I was in no way disapointed. First you go to the church. When you arrive you are taken to your seat by a member of the wedding party, and he talks to you as if he knew your for years and when he sits you down you are kissed and you laugh so hard from that moment on. It is a total mock Italian wedding. You see the Father of Tony with his Italian suit on and his girlfriend, looking like, well you can just imagine her dress. So it is time for the actual ceremony, Here comes Tina chewing a wad of gum and blowing bubbles as she is being walked down the isle. It is so funny. Next you walk down the block to the reception hall. Inwhich they drive down in a limo, of course Tina is hanging out the moon roof. The reception is in a nice hall and you sit where you are comfortable. There is a live band and a bar. Dinner is served. When I was there it was baked ziti and salad,and bread. Champagne is complimentary. Bar drinks are not included. There is lots of dancing and the cast goes around to your table kissing you as if they knew you forever. The best was this...the Priest was totally drunk...and of course there is a big fight, would you not expect that from this Italian family, God forbid there not be one, right? It was totally funny to be a part of this original show. Who ever decided to produce this was thinking correctly, there is nothing else like it. If you are in New York, I suggest you go and see it. You will love it!!!!!
