...about Avis. I've never used them, but next time I need to rent a car, I just may have to give them a try.

Thanks for your kind words - she was in ill health shortly before she died, and she was almost 90, but you never expect your parents to die, or lose your need to be parented. So I find myself reaching for the phone a couple of times a day... The next greatest shock is to discover that life, indeed, goes on!
