Avis Misleads Customers!!

I chose to use the company Avis because I thought it was a reasonable car rental place, along with being clean and organized. The best of my experience with Avis Car Rental was their cars. Their cars were in great condition, very suitable for traveling long distance. The worst of my experience with the company was that they mislead me every time I asked for a certain car. Over the phone I was always told that I would receive a specific car that I wanted.Each time on the day of the pick up, I was let down! With no compensation such as an upgrade or something similar.I rent cars pretty regularly but Avis Car Rental has lost my customer interest.I have not rented from there since the two visits.
