My personal experience with this car rental agency was awful. My ex and I went to Memphis for a delayed honeymoon and rented a car thru them. At the time we didn't have alot of available credit left on our credit card and asked them if we could pay for the insurance upfront on the vehicle, which we were informed was not possible because it wasn't policy. That would have been fine but we had the worst thing that could possibly happen to us happen during our weekend stay. We were coming home from a late dinner and the car that was in the lane next to us swerved into ours because of truck that turned right into oncoming traffic. The car was totalled, the truck driver had no insurance and ended up fleeing the scene of the accident. When dealing with the company over the outcome of this we were treated very unfairly. Was it because we were out of state, I don't know. It ended with us having to pay 3000 dollars out of our pockets that we didn't have at the time to do. And we were totally innocent in the whole ordeal. The customer service representatives that contacted us about this were never kind or respectful at all, very rude as a matter of opinion. No I would never rent a vehicle from them again, and definitely would never recommend them to a friend.
