I have used 2 other rental companies in the past and let me say that the best experience that I have yet renting vehicles has been at Avis. I live in Miami,Florida and at several points recently I have had to use rental cars as my mode of transport.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with Avis. The particular office that I visit has a wonderful staff that are very friendly and efficient. They have a wide selection of cars for their customers to choose fromm and the cars are for the most part well maintained ( at least I have never had a problem yet with the vehicles that I have rented)
For the most part I am on a first name basis with the staff and they pretty much know my likes and dislikes about particular vehicles. The last time that I rented from them they even made recommendations on vehicles that I might like to use that were in the class of vehicle that I usually rent. I have never had a problem, and that is why I am happy to say that I am a proud and happy Avis customer and I would recommend this company to any and everyone.
