Worst Rental car company

Cons: Dirty interiors. Unhelpful staff.

I rented cars from dollar on three different islands on my recent Hawaiian trip. All three cars had dirty interiors, none had remote keyless entry. At the car pick up counter I was told the car was in a certain stall. I went in the rain to that stall only to find it empty. Upon returning, in the rain, to the pick up counter I was directed to another stall. Again, in the rain I had to pick up the car with no help or apology from the staff.
I rent cars on average 3-4 times a year and never have I dealt with a worse rental company.
My suggestion is to try some other company and avoid Dollar.
