Cons: Use any other rental car Co. You'll regret trying ENTERPRISE!
The Bottom Line: Avoid Enterprise. Unprofessional staff, bad cars, poor customer service.

Car totaled, State Farm would pay for a 10 day rental. Offer the option to choose Enterprise or Hertz vehicle.
Made the mistake to go Enterprise (closer location).
Full size line-up in Enterprise inventory means: Nissan Altima or Mitsu. Galant!!!! Choose Altima. Unavailable on Wed 09/26/07 at Sperry Dr. location in Westlake, OH. 44140.
Brian promised one in 24h.
Next day Thu 10/27/07 offered a Pontiac Grand Prix, temporary, until following day, to locate an Altima for me! Accepted, with the promised from Meghan, that in 24h Altima available!
When I called Fri. 09/28/07 to ask the promised Altima, the Manager from Westlake location, start yelling at me, and calling me a liar "You are a liar, we didn't promise you an Altima" (twice). I was in disbelieve, and returned the Pontiac immediately. Went to Hertz and got a car.
My complain to Enterprise about the unbelievable rude behavior went unnoticed!!!!!
The mgr. which tried, to contact me (and left a msg.), never follow up and is not answering his phone: Mike Bruce, 440 885 6899.
I'm traveling out of town, for business,on a weekly basis, and use rental cars frequently.
Of course I will never ever consider Enterprise, and none of my associates.
Which I strongly recommend to everyone!
There are better options (better cars and service)!
