I've rented from Enterprise about a half-dozen times, and hated the experience. Even though they came to pick me up at the car dealership and brought me to the rental location (so they knew I was coming), they have never had the car or the paperwork ready. It always take 45 minutes to an hour for this to happen.
Then we have to go through the tedious process of documenting every scratch and door ding on the car, so that they won't hold me responsible for them. What a hassle!
I almost wrecked a Cadillac a couple of years ago. I don't drive big U.S. cars much, and was appalled at the sloppy handling. After almost spinning it on a freeway on-ramp, I decided to check the tire pressures. Come to find that all four tires had no more than about 12 PSI in them!!!!!!!
