When I got there the employees seemed nice and caring. They offered me the insurance and said they would take it off after the first day. I later spoke with a former employee who said told me that they aren't allowed to automatically take it off like that. Also I spoke personally with one of the employees about not hearing back from my car and she said no worries you won't be charged just keep the car. Three days later I got a call that my car in fact had been ready. I returned the rental the next day and three weeks later there was $400 dollars taken out of my account to pay for the rental. They charged me unwillingly and unknowingly and it took over a week for someone to respond to my email about it. It then took a week of back and forth emailing to get no where. The manager had said basically that's too bad we canno refund you and you were informed of your car. Then after that week stopped responding to my emails all together. They all have terrible customer service, they only care about the money and I will never go back again. I don't care how affordable they claim to be they are the worst people I have ever dealt with and I would suggest you take your money elsewhere. It may be a tad costly but it'll be worth it!
