Pros: They provide transport between the repair shop and their place

I've used a lot of car rental agencies, but Enterprise is the only one that I left feeling better rather than worse. They get their info right, and they do it right. I was introduced to them via my insurance company, USAA, which tries to use them exclusively. I can see why!

At USAA-authorized dealers, Enterprise often has a facility right there on the car lot. You can drop off your own car, check in, pick up your rental car (which is delivered from another facility), bring it back, sign out, and pick up your now-repaired auto, all at the same spot!

Not always, of course. At some facilities, Enterprise merely picks you up and takes you to their office, or vice-versa. No matter what, they handle the transportation problems.

Good service. A tad slow on the car delivery, but good nonetheless.
