Ok, so I needed a rental car. Here's what happened: I got paid on a Monday and decided to take my car to a detail shop. Once there, they washed, waxed and vacuumed my car. It looked fantastic; however, I got in to my car and found that my antenna had been broken off. I asked to speak with the manager of the company that was responsible for the damage and he said that he wouldn't pay for my antenna to be replaced claiming it wasn't his company's fault.
Well, I had to have a car to get to and from work so I went to Enterprise in Bloomington, Illinois and was very pleased with all that followed. I signed the simple waivers that release me from any liability of damage to the vehicle, should anything happen. Signed a few other places on the contract and walked out of the building in less than 15 minutes. I was placed in a 1999 Ford Taurus and didn't have any problems with the car or the company.
I was only displeased with the gas mileage of the Taurus. It did not do well at all. I got about 17-18 mpg. So, I wouldn't recommend the Taurus', but will recommend Enterprise very much.
When I returned the car to the local office, I had to get my car first and when I came back to my rental, I found that some things were missing. My cigarettes were missing from the car and all of the employees at the office were searching frantically for this one half empty pack of cigarettes! Well, continuing with their commitment to excellence, the branch manager handed me $5 saying that he did not know why my things were missing. He replaced the pack and sent me on my way a very happy customer.
To anyone needing a car for any reason, whether it be for business, leisure or pure necessity go to Enterprise!!!
