When I found myself in need of a car, I was referred to Enterprise by my husband. He had in the past dealt with this company with much satisfaction. So much so that he ended up buying one of their lease cars.
We were in Virginia and needed a car to get back to New York. We went to the Enterprise office in Charlottesville and told the representative what we needed. He then told us about the packages they offered and helped us choose the one best suited for our needs. Surprisingly, it WAS NOT the most expensive package. We reserved a car and made arrangements to be picked up the next day at an agreed upon place.
The next day the representative arrived on time to pick us up, drove us back to their office where we signed all necessary papers and we were on our way. The car was clean and had a full tank of gas.
We had rented the car for the week-end but found ourselves needing it for another week. We simply called Enterprise , told them what we needed and had the car for another week. At the end of the week when we returned the car, again the representative went over the packages and charged with the one that had best suited our needs.
I cannot say enough for the quality of Customer Service that we received from all of the Enterprise representatives. They were friendly, courteous and knew how to best meet the needs of their customers. I would definately use them again and would highly recommend them to anybody needing to rent a car, whether it be for a week-end or long term.
