They picked me up!

I was unfortunate to have had my first accident this year. The whole experience really shocked and frightened me. My car was undrivable and was towed away yet I was left without a vehicle in a town not near my home or family.

Needless to say, I was confused on what to do next. My insurance agency called Enterprise. They sent over a lovely representative that not only explained the policy of renting a car, but she also talked me through my stress. She was able to make my dreary situation seem all right.

My car took about a month to be repaired. Although I wanted my car back, the Enterprise car worked well and kept me going about my normal schedule. Enterprise called me about every 5 days to check on my happiness with the vehicle and also kept in contact with the body repair shop. Enterprise even drove me over to the repair shop the day the car was ready. I could not have asked for better assistance during this situation.
